By Booking a Treatment with Elevate Luxury Wellness You Agree to the Following Spa Policies:

  

Booking

Services are by appointment only and are subject to availability. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions or special considerations prior to your scheduled appointment.


Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour courtesy notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. We respect that our client’s time is valuable, and our staff have dedicated their time as well; for this reason, we have implemented this policy. When an appointment is cancelled, we lose your business and the potential business of clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Our staff may be functioning “on call” and may have traveled to accommodate your service. For this reason, we are obligated to compensate staff for their time and loss in revenue. When scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to these policies. All services require a credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. Your credit card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout, you may choose your preferred method of payment.


Service Fee

A 20% service charge is applied to each service at checkout, based on the full service price.

 

Arrival Time

We appreciate you arriving on time for your scheduled treatment. New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to fill out new client information. Returning clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early to relax and unwind in the seating area outside the treatment room. If you arrive late for your scheduled treatment, we will modify your treatment. Your treatment time will start at the scheduled treatment time reserved for you, and will end on time to accommodate subsequently scheduled clients. If we can accommodate an extended treatment time, we will; however, we cannot guarantee the availability to do so.


Gratuities

We aim to work hard to provide you with ELEVATED service and wellness. Gratuities are not included in the service price, yet go a long way in thanking your therapist for a job well done. We suggest 20% off the full-price service cost; however, the amount is left to your discretion. 


Prices & Services

Prices and Services are subject to change without notice. Gift certificates, cards and series are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice.


Client Information

We require all new and existing clients to fill out a confidential health intake and consent form prior to receiving any services. All information will be kept confidential and secure.


Cell Phones

To maintain the blissfulness of your experience, please turn all cell phones to silent when visiting. Our goal is to promote comfort and relaxation without distractions.


Return Policy

Returns for retail items purchased are subject to approval by Elevate Luxury Wellness. A receipt is required for all returns and we accept returns for defective products only, within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to provide cash refunds for returned products; a spa credit for other products will apply.


Payment

All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accent personal checks. 


Gift Certificates

Redeemable at the monetary value of the service booked at the time of purchase. At booking, please mention any gift cards or certificates. Lost, misplaced or stolen gift certificates/cards cannot be replaced or refunded. 


Spa Promotions & Specials

Cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotion or gift certificate/card.


Minors

Young adults under the age of 18 are welcome to book facial services only with a signed consent waiver from a parent or legal guardian and must have a parent or legal guardian at least 25 years of age in the treatment room during the entire service.


Valuables

We recommend leaving all valuables and jewelry at home before visiting for spa services. As an alternative, please store all valuables in the locker room. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.


Safety

Guests with known medical conditions are advised to consult first with their physician before booking any spa services. We reserve the right to discontinue or refuse service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.
